The founder of Dolnov d.o.o. is Peter \u017dibert, who successfully ran a company abroad for several years.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In its 30 years, the company developed from a trading company for wood and building materials into an investment company that manages residential construction projects together with three other independent companies: Lesnina LGM d.o.o., ID Dolnov d.o.o. and Dolnov Lukavac, which have over the years grown into real shopping centres with many tenants.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The common thread of our business were construction materials. While doing business with large construction systems, the company gradually began developing real property operations by constructing apartments for sale.<\/p>\n

Over the past 15 years, all three companies have built the residential estates Mrzla dolina 1, 2 and 3 in Novo mesto, an apartment block in \u017dabja vas in Novo mesto, Lenart sever, Blok in Radenci, the Nova vas estate in Celje, and Dolen\u010devi vrtovi in \u0160kofja Loka, while our Bosnian company built the apartment block Musala in Mostar.<\/p>\n

As we were quite exposed to the market with a large number of apartment during the crisis, we had to adapt to survive. Together, our companies have built over 1,600 apartments in several regions of Slovenia.<\/p>\n

Our advantage is that we are a family business with maximum flexibility.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have three basic resources for our business: trade, marketing of shopping centres, and construction of apartments for sale. We are entering new times soberly and with the knowledge that crises have and will to continue to occur, but we always remain. We would like to thank everyone that has worked with us.<\/p>\n

In its 30 years, the company developed from a trading company for wood and building materials into an investment company that manages residential construction projects together with three other independent companies: Lesnina LGM d.o.o., ID Dolnov d.o.o. and Dolnov Lukavac, which have over the years grown into real shopping centres with many tenants.ServicesThe common thread of our business were construction materials. While doing business with large construction systems, the company gradually began developing real property operations by constructing apartments for sale. Over the past 15 years, all three companies have built the residential estates Mrzla dolina 1, 2 and 3 in Novo mesto, an apartment block in \u017dabja vas in Novo mesto, Lenart sever, Blok in Radenci, the Nova vas estate in Celje, and Dolen\u010devi vrtovi in \u0160kofja Loka, while our Bosnian company built the apartment block Musala in Mostar.
