The municipality of \u0160kofja Loka is a dynamic sub-regional centre with developed service activities and a wide network of high-quality educational institutions and a driving, growing economy.<\/strong><\/p>\nFor many years, the municipality has been ranked among the top municipalities in Slovenia to live in, and belongs to municipalities with stable demographic conditions.<\/p>\n
That is why we are very happy that Investicijska dru\u017eba Dolnov d.o.o. decided to build a new residential estate Dolen\u010devi vrtovi in one of the most interesting locations in \u0160kofja Loka.<\/p>\n
The new residential estate is located on the edge of the city centre in the area of the former Dolen\u010devi vrtovi. The location of the future estate is on the border between the old and protected village fabric and the connecting urban fabric of Stara Loka and \u0160kofja Loka (Cesta talcev).<\/p>\n
The plan for the construction plot includes the construction of four residential buildings and two smaller commercial and residential buildings with a shared two-storey underground parking lot, with the entire exterior, traffic, communal and energy system. The new residential estate will include 96 apartments, four business premises, and an underground parking lot with capacity for 203 cars.<\/p>\n
Before the start of the construction of the new residential estate, the investor published on its website key information about its geographical location, the design and construction of residential buildings, the external arrangement of the estate, and the price list and the layout of the apartments.<\/p>\n
